Energy Performance Certificate

When renting or selling a property, it is required by Law that an Energy Performance Certificate is produced prior to marketing and subsequently available to potential tenants and buyers.

An EPC contains information on the energy use along with recommendations on how to reduce this usage and save money. EPCs give a property an energy efficiency rating ranging from A, which is the most efficient to G being the least efficient.
