I have been using Omarentals now for several years and to put it simply, they take the hassle out of renting a property. Omarentals provide a buffer between yourself and the tenant in that they deal with collecting the rent, arranging repairs and inspecting the property. It means that I no longer receive frantic telephone calls from an irate tenant demanding some repair late at night. Connor has the team in place to deal with such emergencies and he can call on a large number of tradesmen to carry out such repairs and needless to say the rates which he is charged are much less than what any landlord would be expecting to pay for a one off emergency call-out fee.
