National Landlords Association's Mr Simon Gordon congratulating Mr Connor McCann of Omarentals in London on his appointment, as Regional Representative of the National Landlords Association for all of Northern Ireland.

The principal of Omarentals, Connor McCann has received the prestigious appointment of Regional Representative for Northern Ireland, by the National Landlords Association (NLA)

The NLA is the leading representative body in the U.K. for private residential landlords. Today with the presence of over 50 Acts of Parliament and more than 70 sets of regulations governing the private rental sector, it is now more important than ever that landlords understand the legal and regulatory environment in which they manage their lettings.

Mr McCann reported that it was a great honour to be part of the NLA and feels that the organization offers a unified voice for private landlords throughout the U.K. Mr McCann further explained that the NLA has over 20,000 members throughout the country and exists primarily to protect and promote the interests of private landlords. We do this by seeking to influence public policy both here in Northern Ireland and throughout the U.K. with a view to bring about a healthy private rental sector to benefit both landlords and tenants.
